We used an outfitter who supplied the boats and food. They basically take day 29’s dinner, put it at the bottom of the cooler, freeze it, then do 28 the next day and so on. The boats were really really heavy. My guess would be around 1800-2000 pounds each. As the trip went on, the boats got lighter, except for the poop boat.
