Have not been in either, but it was a huge winter and a wet spring here in Flagstaff, so I would plan accordingly.

I was there 2 weeks ago. Everything was full and had a little trickle flowing. No escapes needed in the potholes. I saw an update from someone there last week and nothing had changed.
