“It is a technical route with nearly 14 rappels, many pools to swim, an exciting approach hike and questionable access issues. This canyon has somewhat of a soft closure on it, given its proximity to the nearby dam and sticky access problems.”
“Soft closure”? The canyon is on private land, albeit the electrical utility. You are clearly trespassing, but there is not much enforcement. Is this a “soft closure”, or a “weak excuse”? Tell it to the Judge!
