Entered Neon at the large fork (Fork Chop) above Tom’s “More Fun” entrance. Both keepers were under water. Kind of interesting, the upper portion of Neon we visited was mostly dry. Then about half way through we encountered the more typical very wet conditions which of course was cooooold.
Ringtail had lots of water in the bottom 3/4. Didn’t enter from the top this time. Would suspect that the keeper is in “keeper” conditions.
The river bed area has cleared up in places since the September storms. Its also roughed up the use trails for river crossings with the tamarisk or willows. No bugs. Great time to be out there.
