Six weeks ago we hit the abort button on high spur right before the best stuff. We went back Saturday to finish it. It was spectacular. We could see the water lines for where it would have been six weeks ago and were very glad we didn’t attempt it then. It would have been very bad. The canyon is dry for the most part and what little water there is is easily avoidable. Everyone made it through safely with no mishaps.
