We somehow managed to make it through Pine Creek on a busy weekend in perfect weather without seeing another human. We started at around 7:30 am (group of 4) and I was worried about being a bottleneck or getting bottlenecked but there was nobody around. Perfect day in a beautiful canyon. A lot of cold water right now obviously. 4/3 wetsuits were adequate. Exit was very hot and we took advantage of the cool pools.

Most of the groups seem to start later than that 10-12am. Early morning or late afternoon starts have worked the best. Our 2am start didn’t see any people either

If you start late enough, the sun will set behind the Alter / West Temple and you can walk meowt in the shade. ^_^
