Indeed! The blood stained granite just below his climbing partner in the first pic….bad stuff, but very fortunate. Report is, he’s recovering.
Edit: Another report said that he was wearing a helmet, however the head blow occurred just above the right ear.
Wow – he is very lucky. Appears his run out was a little too long.
