Access Issues in Zion/ACA”s role

Don’t.

Don’t work Rich over too hard. I suggested the ACA and ZCC could make an effective Good Cop / Bad Cop team. And it does. The ZCC must hold a “hard-line” position (although really, we only expect Zion to follow it’s GMP and National Park Service Policy), and someone needs to sit at the table, sigh heavily, and say “Yeah, those Salt Lake people…”

There is plenty of validity to Rich’s position. There is also some new information (higher fees delayed one year?), some further communication with the Park (soft squeaking, but squeaking none the less), and some more clarification on how the park is working this one (no official statement, a constantly moving target, no public process).

Also, just a point of ettiquette, name-calling is really low class, and not allowed on this forum. If you have something constructive to say, please do so.
