I just got a gear catalog showing the “new” ATC XP by Black Diamond on the same page as the Trango B52. I’ve read great reviews here on the B52 and was wondering about how these two compare for canyons, the pros and cons for each. I have some regular ATCs but not a B52 yet. Any comments?
Also, a friend went up to SLC last month to get a rope and a salesman talked him into getting an Omega SBG II too. I don’t think he tried it yet, but I was curious how it stacks up to other devices.
