BETA: Bull Valley Gorge?

Anyone been through Bull Valley Gorge lately?

I assume it’s dry?

What are the downclimbs like (#/difficulty)? I’m an experienced canyoneer/climber, but am taking some folks that are beginners next week, and am wondering if this trip would be OK for them, or too hard? From Kelsey’s decsription it sounds like no big deal, but from some sites on the internet, they have portrayed it as having some moderate difficulties…

How does Round Valley draw compare?

Thanks for any info. Ryan

As of two weeks ago it was bone dry. A 55 year old in good shape went down without issues.

Anyone in okay shape with functioning limbs should not have a problems. Just bring a hand line and spot anyone on downclimbs. Though no real major downclimbs.

    Basic beautiful canyon.
