Got myself a new Black Diamond Blizzard harness this week. It doubles as a Rock and Ice climbing harness so the Nylon looks a lot tougher than most other harnesses. Has anybody used this harness in the canyoneering field. It is very comfortable for climbing in so I would hate to destroy it in the canyons this summer.

I was thinking of getting that same harness, because it’s on sale at mgear.com for $50. http://www.mgear.com/pages/product/product.asp/level1_id/359379/level2_id/16/level3_id/0/item/911337/level2_title/Climbing+On+Sale I was going to retire my old harness to canyoneering, so it could get trashed and use the blizzard for rock and ice climbing.
