“Mind you, the canyon had been done for decades naturally, even rediscovered in the modern era by Tom and the famously bolt tolerant Brian Cabe. Done naturally by them back in…. was it 01?”  The year before that, Kelsey and I did the canyon March 17 2000 as well.  One purpose was to practice/show natural anchors.    There were no bolts in the canyon then and we left none either. The canyon goes quite easy on natural anchors and it should probably stay that way IMHO.
