Deadman

I’ve buried a few myself Steve, respectfully, it’s not that hard. You are right about one thing though, it’s no time to be careless. Going back to all other discussions, it’s something you should PRACTICE. It amazes me how many people get their training standing at the lip of a drop saying, ‘well, I think this is how you do this.’ Wanna feel really cool? Tell your friends you spent the other afternoon burying rocks in the desert using your helmet for a shovel and then tell them what skill it takes. haha

Burying a rock for an anchor is easy. Doing it right so you trust it for a 150′ drop is a SKILL ! If you blow it you’re dead. -s
