A clergyman, a rock star, and an engineer [never mind how improbable this grouping would be] were discussing whether they would prefer a wife or a mistress.
The minister says wife, building a strong family and relationship.
The rock star says mistress, ’cause he’s rock star[and we’re getting to the punch line . . .]
The engineer says, “I like ’em both.”
“Both?”
“Yeah. If you have a wife and a mistress, they will each assume that you are spending time with the other woman, so you can go do some work on your computer.”
