My point is that the government does not need to get involved in something that takes the responsibility to govern itself. At least this is how it should work, but since nobody seems willing to take responsibility for themselves in this day and age the insurance companies, lawyers, judges and ultimately the state and fed. Gov. step in. Wait till the state gets sued for issuing a guiding permit to some crack-pot operation that gets somebody killed. Watch ‘ol Uncle Sam step in … you’ll really be screaming bloody murder then. Possibly avoidable if an industry would just regulate itself without it coming to something stupid like that and the courts would stop hearing law suits from people who dropped their coffee in their own laps.
