Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Canyon

I am currently working on publishing a book of canyoneering short stories. This misadventures of slot rats would not be a guidebook or a book of trip reports but a book of true stories, Kind of a “Guess What Happened On The Way To The Canyon” type thing.

This book is well on it’s way to becoming reality and dozens of canyoneers have already submit stories, some humorous, some serious and one legendary.

Anyhow…. If you have or know of any good stories I would be interested in hearing about them. There would be no money involved, just the fame and fortune of having your story published where others could enjoy reading it and the knowledge that you preserved a bit of our canyoneering heritage for the future. I believe this book will become the one must have item in every canyoneers library.

How about my first serious canyoneering adventure, in Behunin, where we ended up bivouacing above the Emerald Pools?
