New FiveTen Canyoneer sizing

Any feedback on how true to size the canyoneer 2’s are? If I normally wear a 10.5-11 will I need to go 1/2 size larger to handle the Neo sock? Thanks in advance.

I bought a pair and wore them in a few canyons this weekend. I never
had the earlier model, so I can’t compare. I gooed the stitches
beforehand and they held up fine. I thought they ran a little big
(which might be nice when I wear neoprene socks) and they weren’t
particularly comfortable (of course, it was Days 1 and 2). But the
grip was a lot better than anything I have previously worn, and I
liked the drainage too. I’m guessing the comfort level will improve
over time.

The shoe is also quite “flat”. If you want or need arch support (like > me), you will want to add an after-market insole such as the Spenco > Green to the shoe.

I was glad I got mine bigger than normal. I went a full size, but would have been better off with a 12 size.
