I’m from Salt Lake but spend every weekend I can in the desert. San Rafael Swell, Robbers Roost, Zion. I recently took a canyoneering course (Zion Adventure Company), but don’t have anyone to play with. I’m looking for a group of various ability levels who would consider letting me tag along.

Darn hot out right now, so folks might not be going out much until September or so.
To make it easier for people to connect with you, you might need to give us a little more to work with — such as your real-world name and how to contact you (in non-harvestable form “utahiker at xmission dot com” for instance). You might qualify yourself by gender, age, fitness level, shape, general disposition, and a few “long walks on the beach” comments. And what your schedule looks like – some people ’round here do the Friday/Saturday weekend, others go with the Saturday/Sunday.
And may I also encourage you to be persistent. Your first request may not produce any responses — do it a couple times and someone will step up and offer you a place on a trip.
