  • Damn, indeed. Now after watching the sample and instruction videos, I’m thinking this would give me a whole new sandbox to play in.

…which would lead to a camera upgrade and then probably a computer upgrade to process all those hundreds of bracketed shots for an HDR time lapse…

If only they made one that would climb 115′ up a cliff to follow a rock climber in action!

I blame you, Dan, for any shocking AMEX bills I receive in the near future!

Randi, this is the discussion to fund Dan’s time lapse dolly, not the canyoneering organization! Kickstart is the perfect venue for that!

    That looks pretty cool.

Have you thought of using Kickstarter (http://www.kickstarter.com/) to get your message out / collect money? They make it really easy and it seems secure.

I know you have enough material to use to hook people into your vision!

  • What the heck is going on with my emails? What is this stuff: ♥♥♥? and why does it only show up on “my” text?   Yeah, I would say that brain surgery IS an art.  I don’t know if it would’ve been the right venue for a “Lets Save Dan’s Brain” drive, but maybe handled creatively – it would have. The world will never know!   Looking toward your bright and tumorless (but not humorless) future Dan, if you join Kickstarter (for whatever creative endeavor you deem feasible) I’ll be the first to donate $$.   — On Wed, 11/9/11, Dan carpeybiggs@hotmail.com> wrote:

  • Ohhhh.. I see! Well in that case, it’s the perfect venue ~ and I will support the project with some $$ for sure!   Dan’s an artistic talent that deserves & merits more recognition than he has now. I keep telling him he needs to be working for National Geographic. The world needs to know!   Do it Dan, do it!!!   ÂÂ
