Parker Creek Canyon

We went through Parker 3 weeks ago and had a great time, just enough water flowing to make it fun/incredible scenic. Recommend nothing less than 5mm wetsuit on core, esp since it will be a little cooler this weekend. Take the exit canyon right after last rappel to avoid car shuttle – see update posted on Todd’s desert hiking guide. Be sure to properly evaluate the last anchor. Otherwise, just enjoy a beautiful canyon this time of year; we saw a large group of coatimundis halfway thru.
