Pictures- April 2006

The camera broke 8 days into the 14 day trip. I am a year or so from losing the film and going digi. A little slow, I know. Great friends all over the place.

Nope. Its Clear Creek. I have mentioned it before as a pothole playground. It is a series of holes…45 or so?… that are out in a flat stretch of desert. Don’t skip any, just cause you CAN!! Thinking its spring fed? One can exit right at the first mandatory rappel…and run another lap ;-). A couple of keepers and team work things. Nothing like the major escape type spots, but a great place you work on your bouyancy exits. Still the water….stay calm, inflate the backpack, tighten the waist strap high, edge over, gain an inch at a time. Remember, STILL WATER!, edge another inch….and amazing what you can do. ๐Ÿ˜‰ BRUCE!! calm the waters! LOL!!

Its a long way down the Hole in the Rock Road, but if your down Davis way and you got the 4X4 to make it toward the end of the road, it is a lovely exercise, especially on a hot day.
