Rappeling accident

i saw in the paper last week that there was a rappeling injury in big cottonwood canyon, some kid broke both ankles falling 30 feet at dogwood when his rope broke? what was he on, clothesline? brian, or somebody else in the area, do you have an accident report to shed a little more light on this incident? rick
