Cache County sheriff’s deputies restarted a search for an 18-year-old woman missing in Green Canyon.
Andrea Celina Roye, of Las Vegas, was reported missing Thursday by her boyfriend and a search was initiated. It was suspended Friday after the sheriff’s office found out she had packed supplies and was prepared to hike in the canyon for four days.
The search started again Saturday morning and continued Sunday with Cache County sheriff’s deputies, search and rescue, mounted posse and a Department of Public Safety helicopter.
Roye goes by the name Celina, and is described as a white woman, 5-feet-7-inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with blue eyes and green hair. Her dog Gerome, pronounced “Jer-o-mie,” is reportedly with her.
Green Canyon is located in the North Logan area of Cache County on 1900 North. Anyone who has been in the area, or seen Roye is asked to call the Cache County Sheriff’s Office at 435-716-9400.
