TR&Conditions Gravel Canyon

We did the upper middle Gravel Canyon loop yesterday, exiting at the ruins and returning to the car spot in around 8 hours. The canyon is very beautiful right now. There is not a very lot of water but the wildflowers and such are spectacular. We encountered 1 swim and several wades while counting 30 kinds of blooming wildflowers and 5 shrubs!!!!. Magnificent!     It was a wonderful canyon day. Gravel showed even better than I remembered. We are totally prepared to go back with you and Lisa when we get together again. I’m positive that with your “real” camera, you would get some unbelievable shots. Dave

    Lisa and I are soooooo jealous! The lighting is great in a few of those, especially 26 & 28.
