Trip Report: North Wash-Turkey Knob and a few other goodies

“If I sent one of my kids out grown helmets to Kessler, do you think he would wear it? Talk him into seeing it as a sign of real coolness?”   He has one, but if you have one that might fit better, feel free to send it (or next time we meet).    He doesn’t mind wearing them.    Except when I was lowering him into a pool of water (when he left it on the ledge and we both forgot), he did have a helmet on for the roped sections.  There aren’t any photos of that because I was busy lowering him (we found that he did not have the weight to rappel on the ropes we brought).     Anyway, we didn’t ditched all our gear at the beginning of the Lucky Charms slot, but I guess we could have taken our helmets in that one.
